Figma to Shopify
A finished design file built as a real Shopify theme. Hand-written Liquid, editable sections, responsive from mobile up. Also PSD, XD, Sketch and Canva.
Store builds, design conversions, speed work, migrations and integrations — hand-coded, tested on real devices, and handed over so your team can run it without a developer on call.
Ecommhawks has been building on Shopify since 2016. We are a Shopify Plus Partner, we have launched more than 3,500 stores, and we work with brands from first-store founders to funded teams migrating off other platforms.
Everything below is delivered the same way: a written scope before anything starts, a fixed price for that scope, and code you own outright at the end. No hourly drift, no licence, no dependency on us afterwards.
What we don’t do: template reskins sold as custom work, AI-generated themes, or projects where the brief is “make it look like this competitor”. If that’s what you need, a theme from the Shopify store and a good designer will serve you better and cost far less.

Core Web Vitals work on stores that load slowly. Diagnosis first, then the fixes that actually move the numbers — not an app install.
Something broke, or keeps breaking. Diagnosis, fix, and a note on what caused it so it doesn’t happen again.
Connecting Shopify to the systems you already run — ERP, 3PL, CRM, subscriptions, custom middleware. Admin API, Storefront API, webhooks.
WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce or WordPress to Shopify, with URL structure and search rankings preserved rather than rebuilt from scratch.
Stores that get traffic but don’t convert. Redesign driven by what the data says, not by what looks fashionable this year.
Named projects you can open, not a logo grid.
Full store setup for a swimwear brand.
Storefront build for a fashion label.
Store development plus a custom recipe blog template for a natural drink-mixer brand.
Speed optimization engagement on an existing storefront.
Conversion-focused work on a winery storefront.
German-market fashion storefront built from a Figma design system, with localised templates and Trustpilot integration.
We look at the store or the file before quoting. You get a written summary of what we found, whether or not you hire us.
Templates, sections, integrations, timeline. Priced per scope. No hourly billing on fixed projects.
Hand-written Liquid on Shopify 2.0 architecture. Every section gets schema settings so your team can edit it later.
Mobile first, then cross-browser, then the edge cases — long titles, sold-out states, empty collections.
Staged where it matters. Nothing goes live without a rollback path.
Documentation, a walkthrough of every editable section, and 30 days of post-launch support.
By scope, not by hour. We agree what’s being built, quote a fixed price for it, and that price holds unless you change the scope. Hourly billing rewards slow work; we’d rather be paid for the outcome.
Yes. We build under your agency’s name, deliver into your client’s store, and stay off the client call entirely if that’s how you prefer to run it.
Yes, outright, unencrypted, in your own Shopify account. No licence and no dependency on us for future changes.
Yes. We’ve been a Shopify Plus Partner since December 2020.
We work with brands across the US, UK, Australia and Canada, and schedule calls to suit your hours rather than ours. Day-to-day runs on whatever you already use — email, Slack, or your project tool.
That’s fine. Bug fixes and single-template work are a normal part of what we do.
Send the store URL or the design file. You’ll get a written assessment and a fixed quote — including an honest note if a cheaper route would solve it.
